RETURN POLICY 

Please read carefully before making your purchase.  

All orders made through www.CustomMasonicJewelry.com (us, we) are considered custom orders, made as requested by client (you). You have a three (3) day period from the day your payment was accepted to cancel the order for a full refund. After 3 days all orders are non- refundable. All orders that are put on “Priority" status and/ or are “Custom Engraved” are also non- refundable. Engraving will be performed exactly how the text is spelt in the form. You are solely responsible for wording and spelling.  

Each piece of jewelry can take several days to several weeks to create from start to finish, all depending on how customized your order is. We reserve up to sixty (60) days to fulfill and ship any order. We hope you are fully aware of the difficulties in making custom jewelry items. Due to the nature of the manufacturing process a numbers of issues may arise. We feel 60 days is more than enough time to guarantee the shipment of each order. Although we do reserve the right to cancel for a full refund any project we accepted that we are unable to fulfill for any reason.
