Refund policy

RETURN POLICY- 

Please read carefully before making your purchase.  

All orders made through www.CustomMasonicJewelry.com (us, we) are considered custom orders, made as requested by the client (you). You have a three (3) day period from the day your payment was accepted to cancel the order for a full refund. After 3 days all orders are non- refundable. 

All orders that are bought using a "Gift Card", put on “Priority" status, and/ or are “Engraved” are also non- refundable. Engraving will be performed exactly how the text is spelt in the form. You are solely responsible for wording and spelling.  

We do however guarantee that all orders will be held to the highest standards of quality and workmanship. If you believe the product you received does not live up to your expectations please contact Info@CustomMasonicJewelry.com and we will do everything in our power to work through this issue with you.

We will only offer exchanges or store credit in the rare case of:

•  Misspelling of engraving on our end.
•  A order that does not meet our quality expectations but somehow mistakenly shipped.

Unfortunately we will not except any exchanges due to any issues on products bought that contain genuine gemstones such as diamonds, rubys, sapphires, or any other genuine gemstones offered by us. If you purchased a product from us and opted to have genuine gemstones used and you feel the quality of workmanship does not meet your expectations please contact Info@CustomMasonicJewely.com and we will do everything in our power to work through this issue with you.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that we are unable to fulfill for any reason. If this clause is invoked you are entitled to a full refund of the amount you have provided us unless there are non-refundable fees that were associated with your order.

Non-Refundable fees are defined as a prearranged amount of money associated with the production of a product. They are but not limited to:

• Custom artwork commissioned by you.
• Alterations of a specific design we have in our library.

To make sure each order is completed in a timely manner we will need to start the production process as quickly as possible. Due to the number of customization options of each product we can not stock or make traditional jewelry molds for every iteration we offer. Therefore each order is 3d printed individually using a special high end jewelry specific wax 3d printer. From there we turn the 3d printed wax into metal using a ancient technique called "Lost wax casting". This process is fairly expensive and time consuming. That is why unfortunately after the 3 day period we are no longer able to offer refunds.
