Shipping policy-
All orders made through www.CustomMasonicJewelry.com (us, we) are considered custom orders, made as requested by the client (you). Due to this we make each product ordered by you on demand and do not stock products. Any number of issues may arise in the production process. Therefore we reserve thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to the day we ship your product from our facility.
For products on the following list we reserve forty (40) days from the date of purchase to the day we ship your product from our facility.
- orders that have custom "Engraving"
- Contain gemstones (synthetic or genuine)
- "special ordered" products
Products from our facility are shipped domestically and throughout the world. An additional charge per shipment is applied to customers outside of the USA. You are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees associated with your shipment. Once shipped, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery in the USA. Most international packages will arrive within 15-20 business days, but some may take longer depending on the country.
To claim a lost package:
Please allow 20 calendar days after the shipping date for domestic shipments, or 40 calendar days for international shipments. Claims for missing items or packages must be submitted within 60 days of the shipment delivery date for both domestic and international. Most high end products will require a signature to insure delivery. All Clams will be thoroughly investigated to insure you get what is rightfully yours. If we are unable to locate your package we offer 2 ways to reconcile the loss of your shipment
IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF USA:
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on packages coming outside of your country.
